MANIFEST Prepares To Record New Album
October 24, 2006Norwegian thrashers MANIFEST have issued the following update:
"We are entering Spiren Studio at Støren with producer Knut 'Fug' Prytz on November 2nd to record the follow-up to 2005's 'Half Past Violence'. Knut has previously worked with bands like BLOODTHORN, KEEP OF KALESSIN and NECROPHAGIA. He is also working as a producer for Moringstar Records. We will spend three weeks recording the album and when we're done, Knut will do the mixing, also at Spiren Studio. Right now, we are rehearsing the new material, re-arranging the songs, changing parts and so on. We are looking at a total of ten new tracks."
"Half Past Violence", was released in June 2005 via Edgerunner Music. The CD was produced by Rune Stavnesli at the Godt Selskap Studio (NECROPHAGIA, THE APPARATUS) in Trondheim, Norway.
